Group Insurance Benefit plan is available
for all our permanent employees at a very low cost. Coverage starts after
3 months of continuous service except for the disability, which starts
after 6 months for the short term, and 12 months for the long term.
Pension Plan
The company offers a compulsory defined contribution pension plan for all
permanent employees after 1 year of continuous service. The same plan is
available for temporary employees after 24 months of continuous service.
It is a contributory plan.
Vacation
After:
1 year of service 2 weeks (10 days)
3 years of service 3 weeks (15 days)
8 years of service 4 weeks (20 days)
Tuition
We believe in our training and development therefore when an employee
wishes to pursue his/her education, then BA INTERNATIONAL Inc. reimburses the
cost of the course when it related to the employee's position and is
deemed to be beneficial for both, the Company and the Employee.
Social Club
We have a social club and the employee is free to contribute. Main
activities are golf tournament, Christmas Party, Children Christmas Party,
BBQ's, draws and others. |
